Ехал в купе этой компании 18.07.2019 из Геленджика в Москву. Сервис примерно такой же как в обычном вагоне РЖД. Все шло нормально, пока неожиданно не пришла старшая проводница с видеокамерой и не начала снимать пассажиров. С видеокамерой задавала вопросы о качестве обслуживания. Почему нельзя было просто раздать опросники пассажирам. Больше никогда не буду пользоваться вагонами этой компании из-за этих съемок камерой. И всем знакомым расскажу об этом.

Вагоны ТКС не включены в состав поезда дальнего следования на маршруте Геленджик-Москва. Советуем обратится к компании перевозчику.
