Отвратительно Была заказана выдача денег, мало того что дико долго обслуживали, так мадам сидящая в будке на выдаче денег ещё и подпись не могла сверить из паспорта и постоянно предлагала переподписать и не выдавать деньги Цирк.

Уважаемый Кирилл Пестряков! При проведении операции по выдаче денежных средств кассовый работник банка в соответствии с Положением Банка России No 630-П «О порядке ведения кассовых операций и правилах хранения, перевозки и инкассации банкнот и монет Банка России в кредитных организациях на территории РФ» должен удостовериться в том, что выдача денежных средств производится лицу, указанному в расходном кассовом документе, также при этом сверяется подпись в документе, удостоверяющем личность, и на расходном кассовом ордере. Сожалеем, что Вы испытали неудобства в сложившейся ситуации. С уважением, ТКБ БАНК ПАО.

Действующих было 2 офиса в Рязани. Остался один. И в том единственном очень медленное обслуживание клиентов! И в принципе сам банк оставляет желать лучшего.

Пришла, взяла талон, то что выдан талон по номеру - всем пофиг, на табло ничего не высвечивается, отношение к клиентам - ужас. Просто бомжатское помещение, не скажешь что офис банка.
