Обожала и посещала это уютное место более 5лет!Всё всегда устраивало.НО!Сегодня меня повергло в шок хамство персонала этого заведения!Я заказала доставку ролл на дом в 17-45,обещали что доставят в течении 40минут.В 19-05 доставки нет,звоню поинтересоваться-не потерялся ли наш курьер,мне ПОКА вежливо отвечают-будет через 10минут.Ок,жду дальше.Проходит ни 10,а 30 минут,в окне наблюдаю,как наш курьер идёт не спеша с пакетиком в руках.На улице +25 прошу заметить!Курьер связался со мной по телефону,от заказа я разумеется отказалась,т.к. не рискну есть роллы,которые "гуляли" по жаре 1час 50минут!Решила позвонить в ресторан,чтоб хотя бы там мне объяснили такое отвратительное отношение,на что был ответ-"Отказались,ну и отказались!"и бросили трубку!"потрясающий сервис",не правда ли?За такое хамское отношение,в это мерзкое заведение я больше ни ногой и другим не советую!Не умеют там уважительно относиться к посетителям!
