Заключил договор на постановку участка на кадастровый учет на 8 мес. Ничего не сделали за 1.5 года. Подал иск в суд. По ходу дела выяснилось, что таких как я - несколько десятков (по словам директора организации, выполняющей геодезические работы). По исполнительному листу суда деньги они тоже не платят, все счета имеют нулевой баланс, имущество все взято в аренду, взять с них нечего но "фирма" продолжает работать и заманивает все новых доверчивых дачников в свои сети.

Договор не выполнили. Суд я выиграл. Деньги не отдают. Судебные приставы взыскать с них не могут: имущества нет, счета пустые. (номер гражданского дела Дорогомиловского районного суда № 2-3002/10, вступило в законную силу 22.01.2011)
