Прокат хороший, брала весы - работали хорошо, нареканий нет. Единственное по цене дороговато было.

Воспользовался данным прокатом в первый и последний раз. Взял в аренду кресло для ребёнка, привезли поздно вечером в этот же день, это очень понравилось. Стоимость аренды адекватная, но не ниже рынка. Состояние кресла хорошее, можно сказать как новое. Большие проблемы с возвратом, кресло брал на трое суток, привезли мне его в начале девятого вечером, а вернуть я его должен с 10.00 до 18.00, аргументируя тем, что это рабочее время, т.е. привезти кресло в нерабочее время могут, а забрать нет. Попросил приехать курьера к 19.00, т.к. до этого времени буду в пути, и естественно кресло в машине со мной. Курьера ко времени заказать нельзя, своего курьера отправить нельзя, вопрос пытаются решить только через продление аренды. Мне не сложно оплатить этот день аренды, но рекомендовать вас я однозначно не буду. Как выяснилось позднее, у курьера есть 2 интервал в который он может забрать кресло, с 10 до 14 и с 14 до 18. Просил предварительно со мной связаться за 1 час до того как приедут, и что вы думаете, связались за 30 минут, когда никто их уже не ждал и дома никого не было. В итоге супруге пришлось бежать с двумя детьми, чтобы отдать это злосчастное кресло. И да, конечно же сейчас мне напишут, что все условия прописаны на нашем сайте и в договоре, но разве это не задача вашего сервиса донести до своего клиента всю информацию заранее, чтобы не тратить время на доскональное изучение вашего сайта и договора. Условия нужно не только писать, но и поговаривать при оформлении. А от вашего специалиста, который мне звонил, и курьера я не услышал ни единого слова об условиях. Желаю данному сервису только развития.
