Ехал через Ярославль, нужна была помощь. Отказали, потом подумали, согласились. Когда приехал, короче послали ни куда. Отношение к клиенту отвратительное. Всем всё равно. Пришёл клиент или нет. Все занимаются своими делами. Это на в входе. А на счёт помощи клиенту даже речи нет. Потому-то вы купили машину не в нашем салоне, сказали. Это позор для салона Тойота центра. У меня всегда было отличное отношение к этим салонам! Был в Перми, Кирове, в Москве. Везде отличное отношение! Приятно . А тут ?????
