Покупал машину в декабре 14 года. Персонал квалифицированный, руководитель вменяемый (слушает пожелания и идёт на встречу покупателям) Организация продаж и сервиса на достойном уровне. Прошёл в ТЦТ уже четвёртое ТО и не могу сказать ничего плохого. Уже дважды присутствовал в рем. зоне во время проведения работ и рекомендую мастеров за старательную работу. В Октябре 15 года осуществляли покраску двери моего авто. Работой доволен , попали точно в цвет (белый перламутр) Пишу отзыв для восстановления справедливости, а то одни негативные отзывы все пишут. Люди работают , убедитесь сами!

Всем привет!Если у вас есть а/м тойота-обслуживайте его где угодно, но не здесь. Ремонтировала машину после мелкого ДТП, по КАСКО страховая компания направила к официалу. Обещали отремонтировать за 3 дня-СДЕЛАЛИ!!!В гаражах мужики лучше красят. Указала на недостатки,сказали устранят. Через 3 дня приезжаю-УЖАС!!!Лучше бы оставили первоначальный вариант.Начальник малярно-кузовного цеха сказал, что нужно перекашивать, т.к. полировка не помогла.Никто даже не извинился за содеянное. Вот жду еще 3 дня.По телефону начальник клиентской службы сказала, что все таки перекрашивать не будут, будет полировать более опытный маляр и принесла свои извинения.Вот так за неделю из нового авто (машине 6 мес)сделали ...Совет мастерам этого ЗАВЕДЕНИЯ - тренируйтесь красить заборы в деревне у своих бабушек, а не на автомобилях за ДВА миллиона рублей. В среду забираю машину напишу,что натворят на последок.
