Тон авто Тольятти! Раньше когда они были представителями Тойота все было шикарно. Я являюсь владельцем Тойота рав 4 до это то же обслуживал и покупали там Прадо 150, потом рав4 предыдущего поколения теперь последнего поколения! По сервису и ориентированности на клиента они были лучшими в регионе! После ухода тойты и началом продаж китайцев они похоже переняли качество обслуживания и ориентированности на уровне машин из Китая! Приехал с проблемой ( стук при повороте руля) приёмщик лично услышал сказал все ясно! Оставил машину до утра. Утром звоним другой который принял машину и говорит мы ничего не выявили! Замечу машина на гарантии! И вот я приехал забирать да стука нет! Хотя он был месяца два постоянно! Хорошо забираю машину мне говорят что гарантия кончается через два месяца имейте в виду!!! (Это намек на то что после гарантии они все увидят и услышат)! Вот такое теперь к нам Китайское отношение!
