После дтп ремонтировали рав4, очень понравилась работа персонала, особенно хочется поблагодарить менеджера по кузовному ремонту Андрея Кузнецова. Очень ответственный, инициативный, добросовестный работник. Прошу руководство компании поощрить его за качественное и ответственное отношение к своему делу

После дтп ремонтировали рав4, очень понравилась работа персонала, особенно хочется поблагодарить менеджера по кузовному ремонту Андрея Кузнецова. Очень ответственный, инициативный, добросовестный работник. Прошу руководство компании поощрить его за качественное и ответственное отношение к своему делу !

Загоняла авто на ТО-0, после обнаружила царапину (скол) на пороге двери переднего пассажирского сидения. Езжу одна, переднем пассажирском сидении никого не вожу, т.е. скол после обслуживания в Тойоте. Остался осадок от обслуживания и никак не доказать, т.к. прошло 3 дня(повторюсь до обслуживания скола не было и в течении 3 дней после обслуживания никого возила, подвозила). Очень жаль.

Было бы совсем отлично, если бы организовать для клиентов изолированные друг от друга места ожидания авто, а так гуляй где-то пока машину обслуживают, а гулять то тоже нельзя!

Обслуживание мне нравится, со мной работает персональный менеджер, который все знает о моей машине, ее внутренностях и тд, это очень удобно, ничего по десятому разу не надо объеснять, да и персональный подход не может не радовать.
