Сонные мухи. По другому описать ситуацию в салоне не могу. Зашли с супругой и дочкой в салон и на ресепшн попросил чтоб мне показали машину. Мы долго ждали пока к нам подойдет менеджер, хотя ни одного клиента в салоне не было.

Выбрали у них машину, посмотрели, договорились о покупке на следующий день ( по их инициативе, мы хотели в тот же день оплатить). Нам было принципиально купить её до НГ, Алексей (сотрудник) обещал, что всё успеем. На следующий день в 9:00, как и договорились, мы начали ему звонить с целью заключения купли-продажи, но Алексей не брал трубку, потом заблокировал номер мужа и мой. Второй сотрудник (Леонид) сначала трубку брал, обещал, что как только Алексей доберётся до работы, они сразу пришлют документы для оформления автомобиля, но затем он тоже заблокировал оба наших номера . Сказать, что мы в шоке - не сказать ничего! Как только закончатся праздники, будем жаловаться вышестоящему руководству. Отвратительное отношение к клиенту! Идиотизм просто!!!

Мы провели внутреннее разбирательство по Вашему отзыву и можем сообщить следующее. 28.12.18 поздно вечером Вы обратились в БИЗНЕС КАР ЛИЗИНГ с целью покупки автомобиля с пробегом и после осмотраавтомобиля сообщили, что готовы его приобрести на следующий день, т.к. Вам срочно необходимо возместить НДС. Сотрудник БИЗНЕС КАР ЛИЗИНГ сообщил Вам, что это невозможно, т.к. если оплата за автомобиль будет произведена 29.12.18, то по банковской выписке денежные средства поступят 30.12.18, но это уже не рабочий день. Таким образом, БИЗНЕС КАР ЛИЗИНГ физически не успеет подготовить документы и автомобиль к выдаче 29.12.18 г. Екатерина, мы предполагаем, что данная ситуация была следствием взаимного недопонимания. Мы приняли ее во внимание и провели беседу с сотрудниками БИЗНЕС КАР ЛИЗИНГ. Приносим извинения за доставленные неудобства и выражаем надежду на то, что Вы сочтете возможным стать нашим клиентом в будущем.
