Осторожно,очень ловко обманывают.Заказал у них через ДРОМ корпус воздушного фильтра-на сайте так и указано,а в итоге выслали крышку корпуса воздушного фильтра.Предлагают доплатить 17700 за верхнюю часть.Кстати оплачивал на карту- либо хозяина магазина,либо менеджера,т.к.проживаю в другом регионе.Вернуть деньги сложно будет.

Здравствуйте! Нам искренне жаль, что между нами сложилась такая ситуация. Постараемся объяснить еще раз, как все вышло. Клиент обратился по нашему объявлению на ресурсе Drom.Запчасти по корпусу воздушного фильтра. В ходе переписки с клиентом мы уточнили, была ли подобрана деталь по артикулу (а не по наименованию). Клиент ответил утвердительно и приложил фотографию со схемой, на которой выделена деталь, которая была в нашем объявлении. К сожалению, клиент не уточнил, что ему был необходим корпус в сборе, а не та позиция, которая была у нас в объявлении с определенным артикулом (которая является частью корпуса воздушного фильтра и идет под тем же наименованием «Корпус воздушного фильтра»). Именно поэтому теперь мы всегда уточняем у клиентов, какие именно детали необходимы, и тщательно перепроверяем запрашиваемые артикулы, даже если они были подобраны у официальных дилеров.

Приехал после закрытия магазина нужен был декстрон в рулевую рейку , ребята были на месте открыли магазин и продали без лишних вопросов. Нормальное отношение к покупателям даже по мелочам.
