На Новый 2017 год муж подарил мне серьги из коллекции face. В феврале от серьги отклеилась жемчужина, пока клиентский сервис объяснял что и куда мне нести-наступил Март. В марте я принесла серьгу в ремонт в ТЦ Европейский, в бутик tous. В этот же день, продавец-консультант, рассказав что это лимитированная серия продала мне подвеску к серьгам, пообещав, что местный ремонт будет быстрым. В августе я получила серьгу обратно. Спустя 2 недели жемчужина опять отвалилась-честно, возникло ощущение, что Ее просто приклеили на обычный клей, а может просто надели на ось, даже не клея. Решила написать так как прошёл год ( ровно год!!!), как мои серьги находятся у вас в ремонте. Со мной не связываются, не объясняют ситуацию. 15 февраля обещали перезвонить, когда придёт директор tous на Киевской, спустя 7 часов сама перезвонила - директор уже ушла. Обещали, что 15 февраля свяжутся со мной. Прошел ещё месяца. Странная ситуация, поскольку часто беру ваши вещи наборами, а тут получается что я просто выкинула деньги и даже не получила клиентский адекватный сервис в ответ. Деньги не возвращают, даже извиниться за некачественную продукцию не могут. Больше ничего не буду покупать у этого бренда. Всем тоже рекомендую задуматься.

Очень знаменитый бренд ювелирных украшений и аксессуаров. Огромный выбор из различных материалов. Очень красивые украшения и символикой компании – медвежонком. Есть и различные аксессуары, и кожаные сумки. Конечно цены весьма высокие, но качество просто замечательное.
