Осенью 2016 года 3-й этаж торгово-развлекательного центра РТС получил новую жизнь. Основной тематикой 3-го этажа осталась детская. К услугам покупателей:• магазин фирменной обуви «Котофей»;• детская парикмахерская «Веселая расческа»;• магазин колясок, автокресел, кроваток и манежей «Маркет Деткам»;• ОТКРЫТИЕ В НОЯБРЕ — торговый дом «Яркие дети»;• ОТКРЫТИЕ В НОЯБРЕ — гипермаркет игрушек «Бегемот»;• магазины женской и мужской одежды, нижнего белья;• магазин постельного белья;• р оссийская косметическая компания «МэйТан»;• студия маникюра и педикюра «Pretty woman»;• стоматология Смайл энд Смайл. В октябре 2016 года для удобства посетителей ТРЦ открылось на 2-м этаже отделение Сбербанка России с круглосуточной зоной самообслуживания.Всего в ТРЦ «РТС» семь этажей развлечений и шоппинга на любой вкус.
