Никогда не обращайтесь в эту компанию, некомпетентный специалист-эксперт! Не может отличить трещину на каблуке от царапины. Сразу напишу обувь не из дорогого магазина и не из натур материалов. Торгово-промышленная компания это Компания «рога и копыта», имеющая сотрудника - неадекватную женщину в зрелом возрасте, которая не понимает где находится ул Чайковского и отправляет меня совсем в другую сторону. Эксперт ещё хлеще- проводила экспертизу глазами! Вынесла решение, что каблук, который треснул - изношен) хотя обувь одета несколько раз в помещении. У каблука лицевая сторона чёрная, сзади бежевый, прокрашен неровно изначально был при покупке, эксперт определила, что это износ))) много могу написать, итог- НИКОГДА не советую обращаться в эту компанию!!!!

Ни раз приходилось обращаться в эту компанию, вот и не так давно заказывала у них экспертизу на наручные часы и что могу сказать, что после смены руководства работать с ними стало на много приятнее, экспертиза сделана в срок, так же оказали юридическое сопровождение, подготовили все необходимые бумаги для суда, в общем я всем довольна, рекомендую!!!
