07.10.2017 в 14.52 я получил в постамате небольшую коробку. на выходе в 14.54 высокий молодой мужчина с металлодетектром в хамском тоне «чё несу» Начал бубнить и мямлять. Проведите инструктаж с подобными горе охранниками

15 мая 2017 года примерно в 16:00 в ТЦ Город (Рязанский проспект) возник конфликт с охранником на парковке. После того как машина стала на инвалидное место, был выставлен специальный значок. Охранник (к сожалению отказался представляться в грубой форме и был без бейджа (есть фото)) потребовал предъявить удостоверение инвалида (хотя их отменили) и документы личности. Напомню: он всего лишь охранник и более того без бейджа. По его мнению значек должен быть наклеен на стекло, а на «уведомление о вн есении в реестр г Москвы парковочных разрешений инвалидов записи о парковочном разрешении инвалида (с печатью и подписью) он сказал: «я могу таких миллион сделать». У меня 1 группа инвалидности, был инсульт, а этот случай поднял мне давление и пошла кровь из носа. Я написал письмо на все адреса ТЦ и получил ответ от администрации: «Была проведена беседа с руководителем ЧОП, изложены факты произошедшего и Ваша жалоба передана на рассмотрение руководству ЧОП для принятия мер реагирования и недопущения подобных случаев в будущем…»На следующий день ко мне подошёл руководитель ЧОП, извинился за поведение сотрудника. Он сказал, что «мы в любом случае будем прощаться с этим сотрудником», для заведения дела по увольнению этого сотрудника ЧОП были сделаны копии подтверждения моей инвалидности справки МСЭ и уведомления о внесении в реестр парковочных мест г. Москвы. Пообещав написать мне на почту ответ. Но по сей день этот сотрудник продолжает работать, а письмо (или звонка) я так и не дождался.Не приятно, что такие сотрудники (как охранник на парковке) продолжают работу как будто ничего не было! И уверен, продолжает так поступать дальше, ощутив безнаказанность. – показать
