Обслуживание не плохое. Но техника продаётся без шнуров питания! И об этом ни кто не предупреждает!

Здравствуйте, Вячеслав! Спасибо за ваш отзыв, нам важна обратная связь. Уточните, пожалуйста, что именно вы приобрели? Некоторая крупная техника продается без шнуров питания, потому что подключается не в розетку, а в щиток через автомат или УЗО. В таком случае ни шнуров, ни вилок комплектацией не предусмотрено в принципе, так как необходимые для подключения параметры знает только покупатель.

11.02.20 обратился к менеджеру для подбора комплексного решения, с целью оборудовать кухню в кафе, под ключ. Отправил проект и перечень необходимого инвентаря. Ждал весь день обещанного предложения, тк сроки для решения задачи очень сжатые... На выходе никакой обратной связи, а сегодня у менеджера выходной. Вот так компания теряет упущенную выгоду. туда если только приезжать и выбирать, но в таком случае ценник на Б/У там значительно завышен.
