Заказывали здесь дверь входную и для комплекта, звонок без проводов и видеоглазок для двери. По доставке и прочему проблем не возникло. В коробке с видеоглазком не оказалось инструкции, отсканировали и отправили по почте, так что все ок.

Добрый день Екатерина. Да, вы написали, что специально прилетаете в Москву на несколько дней, но не пишите что так же ещё до оформления заказа (оплаты) было оговорено следующее: Установкой стеклянных дверей занимается партнёр, был дан расчёт стоимости монтажа и за три четыре дня нужно согласовать дату монтажа. По готовности заказа Вы уже напрямую с ними вели переписку. Из переписки с ними, что Вы сами нам прислали, вы подтвердили им монтаж фактически за день (в 22-30 письмо от вас пришло), поэтому они и отказали в монтаже на этот день. Они готовы установить дверь, только заранее надо подтвердить дату.

Заказывала двери своей тетушке, она в Москве живет, так что контролировать процесс ей пришлось самостоятельно. По заказу: после оформления перезвонили через 2 часа. Договорились на доставку, подъем (оплачивается отдельно!!!) и установку через неделю. При установке были мелкие недочеты, мусор оставили. В целом, претензий не имеем. Дверь открывается-закрывается нормально, значит, установили правильно.
