Есть в этом центре точка по продаже воздушных шаров с гелием. Вроде бы, не «большой бутик», но настроение испортили. 6 мая зашел надуть гелием свой шарик. Девушка-надувальщица объявила 350 р., — сторговались до 250 р. «И вообще чужие не надуваем, но в порядке исключения…», — сделала одолжение. Надула, завязала веревку, — как оказалось, плохо. Но выяснилось это через несколько десятков метров после выхода из «Обувь-сити», — шарик улетел, а веревка осталась в руке. Вернулся, — объяснил надувальщице ситуацию предложил продать мне другой со скидкой, — косяк, все-таки, ее. «А где веревка?», — поинтересовалась надувальщица. Видимо, ей были нужны доказательства. Узнав, что веревка выброшена, надувальщица отказалась исправить свою оплошность. Итак. 1.Уважение к клиентам, — ноль. Несмотря на то, что о цене (причем не самой малой), договорились, сделала одолжение «исключением». 2. Своей невнимательностью испортила мою вещь. 3. Отказалась исправить свой же косяк. Может, это и не «большой бутик», но настроение испорчено. А если представить, что надувальщица из «Обувь-сити» будет продавать что-то более дорогое, чем воздушные шары, — картина будет еще печальнее.

Покупали раз обувь здесь, цены конечно привлекают и в тоже время настораживают. На вид обувь привлекательная, на ощупь тоже, но качество соответствует цене, к сожалению. Если нужно на сезон максимум, самое оно. Ну и конечно же хотелось бы, чтоб обслуживание было лучше.
