Все плохо Достоинства: Относительная проходимость Недостатки: Цвет фуксия Для будущих Арендаторов: обязательно смотрите пункт в договоре, что обеспечительный взнос возвращается только если вы отстояли весь срок договора (11-12 мес), если вы захотите съехать ранее - ОБЕСПЕЧИТЕЛЬНЫЙ ВЗНОС ВАМ НЕ ВЕРНУТ! До заключения договора менеджеры очень назойливы и наигранно вежливы. Как только вы подписали договор - отношение кардинально меняется в худшую сторону! Условия работы, внутренний распорядок и тд чуть лучше чем в гестапо. Постоянные штрафы, обходы, придирки. Персонал, администраторы, менеджеры - как роботы-сектанты, все по инструкции. Одним словом "Свидетели цвета Фуксия") Взвесьте все за и против, поговорите с арендаторами существующими/бывшими, прежде чем связывать свой бизнес с МБ.

Обман и хамское отношение Достоинства: нет Недостатки: во всем - в отношении к клиенту, в доставке, в выполнении договорных обязательств. Отзыв пойдет о конкретном магазине - ИП ПОТАПОВА Г. Л. Мы купили 23 июля 18 мебель в их магазине, продавец обещал чтокрайний крайний срок поставки не позднее 3 недель (что для меня на 9 месяце беременности было категорически важно). В итоге срок подошел - привоза нет. И начались качели - назначается дата (ЖЕЛЕЗНО _ со слов поставщика) и тишина. И так 4 раза. Ответить ничего не могут. Руководство молчит. Играют на нервах. Безобразная контора, безответственное отношение к покупателям, хамство и постоянное вранье. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ связываться с данным продавцом. Потеряете и время, и нервы.
