Печалька Достоинства: Уже нет Недостатки: питейное заведение. Раньше был отличный ТЦ "Манчаары", два уровня с мелкими магазинчиками-отделами. Продавали начиная от зоотовара заканчивая бытовой техникой. Всякую мелочевку, иголки нитки можно было купить. Сейчас несколько отделов в основном химия и бижутерия, ах да еще одежда еще осталась. Остальное под развлекательный центр Мандарин, алкомаркет и питейное заведение. От ранее известного в городе Якутске магазина Манчаары остался кусочек на 15% площади от ранее существовавшего, но уже со статусом "ТОРГОВЫЙ ЦЕНТР"!!! Время от времени захаживаю купить носовые платки, резинки для волос своей дочке или что нибудь для стирки-мойки. Цены средние по городу, но так как не так разрекламировано цены все же ниже чем в центре города. Близко от работы. Рядом два больших торговых центра, при отсутствии нужного, можно сбегать в соседний ТЦ.
