Хочу поделиться своим горьким опытом работы с «фирмой» terramall. Сделал заказ по электронной почте, очень быстро прислали счет. Цены нормальные, не выше рыночных. Созвонившись с менеджером узнал все ли есть на складе, и возможна ли доставка завтра, менеджер ответил, что доставка возможна и время уточнят с утра. Я перевел деньги. Пришло утро мне сообщили, что машина будет в 14:00, но к сожалению, в 14:00 она так и не приехала, по телефону мне сказали, что сейчас все выяснят. Спустя несколько час ов приехала машина, но она привезла только часть материала. На мое возмущение мне сказали, что логисты «плохие люди» все изменили, менеджера не предупредили, и соответственно он не предупредил меня. Но сейчас уже к складу подъезжает другая машина которая заберет мой товар и привезет мне, но к сожалению, не раньше 19 часов. Машина приехала ко мне только в 21 час, и когда я открыл товар я увидел, что большая партия пеноблока ненадлежащего качества, а именно у блока отколоты углы или вовсе разбит на части. Написав аргументированную претензию, я получил ответ от руководителя, что блок был поврежден при разгрузке и что его нельзя разгружать руками и вообще я сам во всем виноват. Конечно, я виноват, но только в том, что выбрал этот магазин. Будьте осторожны при работе с этим магазином, а лучше вообще не работайте с ними. – показать
