Отвратительный магазин. Заказал у них DHI-ASA1222E, под товаром есть кнопка «купить» и есть возможность произвести оплату онлайн. Разумеется я сразу всё оплатил, вместе с доставкой, всё как полагается. Из магазина пришло письмо только на следующий день. Цитирую: Модель DHI-ASA1222E снята с производства, на ее замену пришла ASA1222E-S но она под заказ срок поставки 2-3 мес. И всё. То есть им вообще не интересно готов клиент ждать, или нет? Устраивает клиента такая альтернатива, или нет? Они принимают оплату, а потом просто ставят перед фактом. Разумеется я подождал, быть модет прийдёт еще письмо, или поступит звонок, но нет. Никаких сообщений. Через день написал, что меня альтернатива не устраивает, и что хочу получить назад деньги. Опять тишина. Написали, что мол да хорошо, деньги вернём. И тишина. Выдержал день, пишу, мол а когда деньги вернёте? А они мне в ответ прислали форму на возврат денежных средств за купленный товар. Совсем в общем печаль. Хоть бы правила торговли почитали. Магазином в целом остался не доволен. Деньги мне до сих пор не вернули.
