Отвратительная компания! НИКОГДА И НИЧЕГО не покупайте у «Геран Люкс». Купила промышленную петельную машину в данной «шарашкиной конторе». Пользовалась от силы пять раз, машина находится на гарантии. Недавно произошла поломка и я обратилась в фирму, на моё обращение мне было отказано в ремонте. Точнее предложено приехать за механиком, заплатить ему за вызов две тысячи рублей, затем за ремонт машины. Или привезти машину в офис (кусок железа). Ребятки скидывают свой товар, а затем умывают руки. Х отите проблем, тогда Вам именно сюда. – показать

В конце января 2018 года от Вас поступило обращение о том, что мотор греется. Наши специалисты разъяснили Вам, что по условиям гарантии ремонт осуществляется на территории продавца. Вызов специалиста для диагностики и ремонта является платным. Все условия гарантии отражены в гарантийном талоне, который Вы получили при отгрузке о борудования.
