Отвратительная работа менеджера салона! Позвонили в салон вечером, обговорили покупку Новой лады в конкретной комплектации и конкретном цвете, все обговорили, и цену тоже сразу выяснили по телефону! Менеджер сказал, что такая машина в таком цвете! Договорились о встрече и покупки именно этой машины на утро следующего дня! Утром звоним в салон, уточнить ждут ли нас, при этом проехали уже пол Москвы. Менеджер спрашивает, за какой именно машиной мы едем, мы ему опять все рассказываем. В итоге оказывается, что такой машины нет! Работают как серый салон! Не ориентированы на клиента вообще! Советую выбрать другой салон для покупки нового Авто!

В салоне продаж лада абсолютно не заинтересованы в продажах. Взяли тест драйв, на котором сотрудник салона нарушал ПДД - несколько раз не включил поворотники, превышал скорость и даже проехал на красный свет.
