Цены приемлемые на дверь. Установка в кирпичном доме обошлась в треть цены от двери. Пожалели пены. Провод домофона перебили в двух местах, и не сказали об этом. Пришлось перетягивать заново, т.к. вытащить старый не представлялось возможным. Не важно какой толщины провод, а его назначение. За исправление этой проблемы пришлось нести дополнительные расходы, и время, и нервы. Установка сопровождалась огромным количеством пыли, у монтажников нет даже пылесоса. Оставили очень много грязи и пыли.

Давайте разбираться с вашей оценкой. 1. Нам нужен номер договора. Мы должны быть уверены, что дверь приобреталась именно в нашем магазине. Наш магазин пользуется услугами фирменной сервисно-монтажной службы завода Торекс. Некоторые магазины используют своих доморощенных установщиков. 2. Низкую оценку вы поставили салону в г. Ивантеевка. А, значит, менеджеру который помог определиться с моделью и подобрать варианты отделки, оформил заказ и вовремя его отправил. Замерщику, который правильно померил и передал заказ менеджеру. Руководителю, который обучил персонал, красиво оформил салон и организовал для вас выставку. Не пострадала только монтажная бригада и их руководитель. Мы занимаемся ПРОДАЖАМИ дверей в конкретном городе. А УСЛУГАМИ по установке дверей занимается сервисно-монтажная служба от завода Торекс по Москве и Московской области. И гневные комментарии надо прежде всего направлять на сайт torex.ru или его московское представительство torex99.ru. На сайте имеется телефон горячей линии на который вы можете позвонить и высказать своё недовольство. Ваша жалоба была бы направлена в нужное подразделение и там тщательно рассмотрена.
