На мои вопросы в электронной переписке официальный ответ цитата -"безграмотных людей стараемся обходить стороной". Суть переписки- я просил выставить счет на организацию на 1224 рубля и оплатить его. Попросил без договора так как счёт приравнивается к договору поставки по законодательству РФ. Ответ данной организации для грамотных людей не требует комментариев. Очень не приятно, что руководитель данной организации Сергей Борисович Рощев так позволяет оскорблять клиента.

Позвонил. Разговаривают как будто я им что то должен. Стал спорить бросили трубку. Ощущение что продают "по понятиям" из 90х. Размещают рекламу о продаже например масла, но реально в розницу не продают. Причем 1 менеджер говорит одно, а другой потом противоположное. Странная организация.

Клиенту отказали по причине того, что он не понимает принципов работы. Клиент требовал выписать ему счет на организацию. Ему озвучили, что прежде чем выписывать счет на юридическое лицо, необходимо заключить договор и подписать его руководителем организации. На что клиент стал оскорблять сотрудника нашей организации и требовать пойти на его условие. Никакой грубости в его адрес не было сказано.

Вызывает сожаление, что вместо того чтобы извиниться Вы пишите ложь про оскорбления, которых не было. Грубо общаться позволили только вы сами в отношении меня. Кроме того, вы упустили информацию о том что другой менеджер предоставил мне иные сведения за день до разговора с вами.

Но очень интересно, что в открытой переписке вы стали обвинять клиента и врать про оскорбления. Значит вы боитесь общественного мнения, коль пытаетесь выкрутиться таким беспардонным не порядочным способом.
