Отель с удобным расположением, хорошей комплектацией номеров, чисто. Все вопросы к сотрудникам ресепшн, по пунктам: 1. При заселении, заезжал в 23:00, не предупредили, что в номере нет цифрового тв, по факту показывает 1 канал в плохом качестве. 2. Только на следующий день мне сообщили, что можно было переселиться в номер с нормальным тв. 3. Остался недоволен работой кафе Берёза в отеле: 04.07. после участия в конференции (закончилась в 17:30) обратился на ресепшн для заказа раннего завтрака (сами предлагали мне эту услугу, т.к. я выезжал рано утром), мне сказали, что я опоздал, кухня принимает заказы до 17:00, как будто предупредить заранее - это проблема, поужинать в кафе тоже не получилось, поставили перед фактом, что их повар на спец.обслуживании и работает только бар. После этого снова обратился на ресепшн с просьбой порекомендовать достойное заведение с доставкой еды в номер, мне предложили установить приложение яндекс.еда, чем окончательно испортили впечатление о пребывании. Итог: вежливые, но невнимательные к деталям сотрудники, не надейтесь на их помощь, все надо делать самому. P. S. Постоянно выбивает WiFi, требуется повторная авторизация

Приезжал на несколько дней в ростов и прочитав много отзывов о всех отелях пришёл к выводу что топос это топовый отель и именно сюда я должен заехать . И теперь после проживания могу подтвердить что я не ошибся . Очень приветливый, тактичный , доброжелательный персонал, чистые с хорошей мебелью номера, вкусная кухня, месторасположение выгодное. Был один курьёз но персонал все очень компетентно разрешили. Один минус или даже плюс- это постоянно бодрящий душ, который не даст тебе быть сонливым в течение дня.
