Купил в этом магазине щетки стеклоочестителей(дворники). Прям перед магазином поставил и обнаружил брак на одной из щеток. Сраза вернулся в магазин и объяснил ситуацию продавцу на что мне ответили что это расходник и обмену и возврату он не подлежит. К слову брал я щетки фирмы Abro, самые дорогие в этом магазине. На мои претензии по поводу качества и возврата денег продавец только мычал что то себе под нос, в итоге он позвонил какому то администратору который в принципе в мягкой форме послал меня на три буквы. В итоге мне сказали что у меня просто машина старая и дело в ней а не в щетках. Незнаю как доя кого, но для меня 700 рублей ( стоимость комплекта щеток) это тоже деньги. Отношение к клиентам отвратительное ! Если руководство читает отзывы, то обратите внимание на качество обслуживания!!!
