К установке и работе станции претензий нет. Большие претензии по организации обслуживания и порядка заключения договоров. Первый год оба"обслуживания" велось ровно 5 минут, из которых 3 минуты занимало фотографирование. А чего говорят его чистить, он и так чистый. Заключали договор в марте, срока у договора нет. Когда мне позвонили в октябре и сказали, что настало время обслуживания и я должна опять им 10000 заплатить, я не сдержалась, и сказала, что я готова продлить договор только в марте. А кто хочет, может каждые полгода им платить деньги, они возражать не будут. В марте нас ждал очередной сюрприз от топол ЭКО. В субботу приехал мастер, провел обслуживание и предложил на месте заключить договор, у нас не было наличных, и мы сказали, что придем в офис. Мы живём рядом. В понедельник придя в офис цена уже была другая, дороже на тысячу рублей. Типо цены повысились, все об этом знали. Естественно нас никто не предупреждал, что цена на следующий день будет другой. В общем от станции мы получаем удовольствие, а от работы компании топол ЭКО одно разочарование. Обман!!!!

НЕ ПЕРВЫЙ ГОД ОБСЛУЖИВАЮСЬ В ЭТОЙ ФИРМЕ. НО В ЭТОМ ГОДУ К СОЖАЛЕНИЮ ЕСТЬ НАРЕКАНИЯ В ЧАСТИ ВЫПОЛНЕНИЯ ДОГОВОРЕННОСТЕЙ НА ВРЕМЯ ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЯ. В НАЧАЛЕ ИЮЛЯ БЫД ДОГОВОР ЧТО ПРИЕДУТ НА МЕСТО В ПЕРВОЙ ПОЛОВИНЕ ДНЯ (ВОСКРЕСЕНИЕ), НО ПЕРЕЗВОНИЛИ И СКАЗАЛИ ЧТО ПРИЕХАТЬ МОГУТ НЕ РАНЬШЕ 15 ЧАСОВ. НО ЭТО НЕ УДОБНО.. НАДО ЖЕ УЕЗЖАТЬ ЧТОБ В ПОНЕДЕЛЬНИК НА РАБОТУ. СЕГОДНЯ 31.07.16 ТАКЖЕ БЫЛ ДОГОВОР НА ПЕРВУЮ ПОЛОВИНУ... НО СНОВА ПЕРЕЗВОНИЛИ И СКАЗАЛИ ЧТО РАНЬШЕ 17 ЧАСОВ НУ НИ КАК НЕ МОГУТ. ТАКОЕ ОТНОШЕНИЕ К КЛИЕНТАМ ОЧЕНЬ НЕГАТИВНО ОТРАЖАЕТСЯ НА ОЦЕНКАХ ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЯ.
