Отвратительная курьерская служба. Испортили Новый год ребёнку и семье, не привезли подарок, который заказали в магазине mytoys.ru , хотя заказывали заранее!, для начала все сроки доставки просрочили. Операторы грубят, курьеры отказываются ждать 5 минут, пока к ним спустятся из офиса (зимой, наверное надо одеться, спуститься в лифте, дойти), к ним спускаются, а курьера уже нет, трубку не берет, звонили 15 раз в течение всего дня, хотели сами к нему подъехать!! Но трубку соизволил не брать. ужасная компания, закрывать вас надо!!!! накосячили и ещё оправдываются

Работал в этой компании курьером. При увольнении вешают не существующую недосдачу. При чем выясняется это через 3 недели после выполнения заказа. Доказать что либо не возможно. В руководстве компании работают одни вруны и обманщики. Видимо это у них один из способов дохода. Ни в коем случае не устраивайтесь сюда на работу.

Доставка была согласована на определенный день и определенный интервал времени. Курьер мало того, что не приехал, но ещё по указанному номеру телефона на звонок не отвечал, оператор в колл центре компании разговаривал грубо, причин задержки доставки не назвал, извинений от компании мы тоже не услышали. Не рекомендую.

Доставили мне из Москвы в Новосибирск набор посуды в целости и сохранности. Честно говоря, была морально готова к некоторым потерям, так как ориентировалась на цену XD неожиданно — но всё в норме и вовремя. И за адекватные деньги, конечно.
