Отвратительная работа интернет-магазина! Заказ в мой регион отправляется почтой только по полной предоплате, для чего на мой эл.адрес была выслана ссылка для оплаты НЕРАБОЧАЯ! Написал об этом на указанный ООО «Топ Гаджет» почтовый ящик sales@motor-mouse.ru. Реакции не последовало. Через неделю пришло сообщение, что мой заказ наконец-то поступил в обработку и что со мной в ближайшее время свяжется менеджер. Звонка я также не дождался. В итоге, спустя 10 дней мой заказ был аннулирован «по неизвест ной причине» и указан номер телефона для связи +7(495) 720-99-71. Мне позвонить, конечно, не трудно, потратить свои деньги на междугородние переговоры, но разве не продавец должен быть заинтересован в продаже своего товара? К слову, тут стоит 1 звезда, но с таким сервисом вы, ребята, и её не заслужили. – показать
