А что входит в Абонемент Тонус?

В абонемент тонус входит смарт тренировка(комбинированная тренировка) под запрос и программу клиента. Эта тренировка идет от 2—3 часов в зависимости от оборудования, на котором вы занимаетесь. Это посещения 3-х зон активной фитнес зоны+ релакс+ зона отдых

В Тонус клуб хожу с осени 2017 года. Моей целью было привести в порядок фигуру после родов (прежде всего, подтянуть живот). Предложили пройти курс экспресс восстановления, включающий ЭМС с индивидуальным тренером+аппаратный массаж Velashape. За несколько месяцев живот заметно уменьшился, даже растяжки стали менее заметными. Данный курс подойдёт молодым мамочкам, желающим за короткий срок прийти в форму. Я старалась ходить 2 раза в неделю по 2 часа в клубе с учетом времени на ЭМС и массаж, но мож но и по часу (например, в один день сделать ЭМС, а в другой массаж, хотя эффективнее сразу ЭМС и массаж в тот же день). Velashape — это аппарат вакуумно-роликового массажа с RF радиочастотой и УЗ кавитацией. С его помощью решают такие проблемы, как уменьшение целлюлита, увеличение упругости кожи, коррекция контуров тела после родов, уменьшение объема талии, избыточный вес, локальные жировые отложения, подтяжка кожи на руках, ногах, плечах, спине, бёдрах, ягодицах и животе. Что очень важно — работает профессионалный коллектив, всегда готовый гибко подойти к индивидуальным подтребностям каждого. Еще хочу отметить, что в клуб ходят только женщины (муж не будет ревновать:)) и разного возраста: от 20 до 60 лет, просто кто хочет быть в форме.
