Около месяца назад тонировала там заднюю полусферу на ФФ 2. Сделали все отлично, пленка оригинальная LLumar atr. Единственный минус, это время. К сожалению, попала в тот день, когда работал только один мастер (второй сказали, что заболел) и на одно время были записаны сразу две машины и конечно оклейка заняла время, примерно 3 часа. Не буду снимать за это звезду, так как работу выполнили на отлично.

Записался на 18:00 утром того же дня. Сказали, что ждут! Приехал. Рассчитал так, что оставлю машину и уеду по делам. Через 1,5-2 часа, как мне сказали смогу забрать. Все ок. Приехал к назначенному времени. Встретил молодой человек и уточнил насчёт записи. Запись была он в курсе. Далее сообщил, что нужно подождать минут 40 , так как почему-то заехала другая машина. Я согласился, также сделали скидку в 300₽ Приезжаю спустя 2 часа. И что я вижу? Моя машина стоит, как и стояла. А тот возится с предыдущей. Поинтересовался как так вышло. 40 минут переросли в 2 часа. Сказал, что осталось чуть-чуть и он обязательно сделает мою быстренько. А осталось ему делать на предыдущей машине минимум ПОЛОВИНУ. То есть ещё часа два , да? Я плюнул на это и уехал. Потратил время , к сожалению!!! А теперь, уважаемая администрация, ответьте на вопрос: Зачем услуга записи, если она не работает?! Почему сотрудники дают ложные обещания и вынуждают клиентов тратить свое время и отказываться от ваших услуг?! На минуточку, предоставляемые вами услуги - ваш заработок. И лояльность клиентов - тем более ! Никому не советую с таким сервисом туда обращаться.
