Доброе утро, Дина. 07.02.20 в Головной организации производилось обслуживание только физических лиц с 9:00 до 15:00, без перерыва. Телефоны для физических лиц можно посмотреть на сайте банка в разделе "Контакты" (https://www.tpsbank.tomsk.ru/169/). Телефоны, указанные в 2ГИС - телефоны приемной Председателя правления и заместителя Председателя правления банка. Данные телефоны не отвечали, так как был выходной день. сегодня хотел купить доллары США , провел в банке более часа хотя был вторым в очереди и моя операция заняла пять минут . кассир во восьмом окне работает крайне медленно , хотя заведующая заверяла что кассир шустрая и выполнит операцию очень быстро. просто полный отстой .
