Не заинтересованы в лечении, заинтересованы в продаже слуховых аппаратов. Покупайте слуховой аппарат - это ваше лечение. Сурдологи из центра, вы лечить то способны?

Здравствуйте. Спасибо за обратную связь. Действительно, в некоторых случаях, в связи с невозможностью коррекции слуха другими методами (медикаментозно, физиотерапевтически и т.д.), единственной рекомендацией врача-сурдолога является протезирование пациента слуховыми аппаратами. К сожалению, в отзыве нет никакой конкретики, по которой мы бы могли изучить ситуацию более досконально. Осталось ужасное впечатление, о вашем центре, приехали из другой области, то что дозвониться нельзя это очень важная проблема, а то что заявляют на сайте и говорят по телефону, что данную услугу мы делаем, а в результате ее неделают. Нам нужен был скрининг ребёнку во сне, при разговоре с администратором было сказано, что данная услуга оказывается , а в итоге врач сказала, что нет возможности, посмотрела хотябы уши, взяли за это 1500. В итоге чем ваш центр занимается, вы и укажите на сайте, что вы просто торгуете слуховыми аппаратами и больше ровным счётом ничего не делайте. И на дворе 21 век, все заключения давно пишут , даже муниципальные поликлиники в электронном виде, а не от руки на копии которой не видно, существует везде электронная запись, чтоб не издеваться над людьми и просто не отвечать на телефон, выучите свой персонал, чем все же вы занимаетесь и какие услуги оказываете.
