Огромная просьба,-научите,пожалуйста,своих операторов на телефонах разговаривать с людьми! Такого грубого и хамского отношения еще нигде не приходилось наблюдать! Понимаю их большую загруженность,но и это не повод хабалить больным людям. Неужели их никто не контролирует? Вроде в начале звонка предупреждают о том,что разговор записывается...

Отличный стационар. У врачей высокий уровень квалификации. Недостаток один: сюда трудно попасть. Правда в поликлинике ситуация иная. Большее сомнение вызывает иммунолог (порекомендовала лечится алкоголем), проктолог отказался смотреть снимки (у него видите ли нет специального оборудования), ревматолог.
