Продавали квартиру пользуясь услугами агентства "Толстых недвижимость". Настоящие продавцы! Просто мастера - ребята!!! Браво!!! Спасибо большое! Продали за те деньги, на которые мы и рассчитывали. Мы бы сами так не смогли. Нужно быть психологом и очень хорошо чувствовать покупателя, чтобы так продавать! Как говорил руководитель Александр - всё на тоненького :) Рекомендуем!

Хочу выразить свою благодарность Толстых Александру за грамотную помощь в поиске квартиры для покупки на вторичном рынке, за своевременные и постоянные консультации по всем вопросам, за безопасное оформление квартиры в собственность. Рекомендую этого риэлтора - как специалиста хорошо знающего рынок вторичного жилья, как пунктуального человека, как грамотного юриста. Познакомилась с ним через интернет.

Размещает обьявление о продаже несуществующей квартры. Якобы все не может показать ее. Потом просто не отвечает на звонки и смс . Прочитал отзыв ниже - и все стало понятно, по какой схеме он работает, точно такая же история у меня сейчас, правда до предложения доплатить пока ещё не дошло. Это ,,агентство недвижимости,, состоящее из одного и притом не совсем адекватного человека.

Вымогают деньги из людей, обманывая и выдумывая причины, по которой якобы нельзя смотреть квартиру, которая вам понравилась. В итоге квартира достаётся тому, кто доплатитит им. Аферисты и жулики!
