Хорошее место для детей, видно по детям которые посещают, что они в восторге, глаза блестят, всегда в костюмах, главное детям нравится!

Водим ребёнка в эту школу. Полнейшее безобразие. Отношение к своей работе и получаемым деньгам - просто безобразное. Один раз начали занятие на 30 мин позже, но закончили по расписанию. Таким образом потеряли полчаса оплаченного времени.. и ни слова. Ни извините, ни объяснений. Ладно, не стали возмущаться, подумали бывает.. Сегодня вообще пришли на занятия к 12, а они перенесли занятия на 11 и НЕ ПРЕДУПРЕДИЛИ. Говорят мы писали в воцап... Во-первых, мы несколько раз просили добавить нас в группу воцап, а они всё забыли. Во-вторых, если кого-то нет в воцапе, то нужно обзвонить. Это же очевидно. Это ваши клиенты, они платят деньги. Не можете обзванивать - не чего брать деньги, тут не дёшево. И опять, ни извинений, ни перерасчетов.. По их вине ребёнок занимался на час меньше ОПЛАЧЕННОГО времени. По идее, в приличной организации (КАК МИНИМУМ) должны за это вернуть деньги. Но только не тут, это же ТОДЕС, тут все крутые, на клиентов плевать. Оплачивать им только переводом, кассового терминала у них нет, деньги вернуть нельзя... Что то я пожалел что мы оплатили этот месяц, не стоило продолжать после первого же эпизода.
