Это крутая организация, ребята я там был 3 года назад менял батарейку, вот ездил повторно, многое изменилось в лучшую сторону, уровень 5 звёзд, а самое главное все тот же мастер, я его обожаю!!! Если Вы хотите чтобы Ваши любимые часы несли в белом халате и капельных перчатках, Вам сюда!!! Дай Бог здоровья мастеру, чтобы он радовал меня ещё многие годы!!!

Сервис проблемы НЕ РЕШАЕТ.У них ВСЕГДА АППАРАТ показывает,что все работает,а часы как отставали так и отстают. Просто разводят на гарантийный срок.Ужасный сервис и мастера. ЛОХОТРОН.

Уже скоро год как купили у вас часы и год мучаемся. Мастера на АППАРАТЕ проверяют часы и типа все норм, а часы как отставали так и отстают.Дошло до того,что стали отставать на 35 минут. Через 2 месяца после покупки зачем-то поменяли батарейку, но это проблему не решило.Мастер просто посоветовал подводить часы​ и все. Зачем такие часы, которые нужно постоянно подводить? И так понятно, что это брак.Мастера просто тянут время и ничего не делают.... Мужу нужно чёткое стрелочное время, это напрямую связано с его работой.​ Мне придётся обратиться в Роспотребнадзор раз такое наплевательское отношение. Отрицательные отзывы я оставлю везде на вашу контору. И я не нашла ни одного положительного отзыва о сервисном центре вашем.Мы далеко не первые кто на вас жалуется. – показать

Был 31.01.2019Остановились часы Swiss mountaineer, часам год. Обратился поменять батарейку. Сказали, что батарейка в порядке, надо чистить механизм, он загрязнился и батарейка «не тянет его». Стоит это все 1700 р. Ещё раз — часы новые почти, год работали в щадящем режиме.Срок работ 2—3 недели! Тк они одни такие профи и очень много работы.Забрал, в тот же день поехал к конкурентам.Вердикт — батарейка мертвая, механизм как новый. Поменял батарейку — все ок. То есть хотели мало того, что взят ь оплату, так ещё и «ковыряться» в почти новых часах.Ни ногой сюда! Никому не посоветую и буду отговаривать от этого «сервиса». – показать
