Делала маникюр с покрытием гель-лак у мастера Зары, прошло 4 дня, на трёх пальцах до сих пор сохранились болезненные ощущения от слишком вырезанной кутикулы, в том числе с порезами.

Здравствуйте, Наталья.Очень странно, что так получилось. Зара — мастер квалифицированный и обычно не допускает таких ошибок. Примите, пожалуйста, наши извинения.В следующий раз говорите, пожалуйста, об этом мастеру в процессе получения услуги или сразу после, чтобы мы не допускали таких ситуаций. Вы же ушли довольная, оплатили и ничего не сказали в салоне… Извините.

Отзывы пишу крайне редко. Но осталась очень довольной и хочется поделиться своей радостью! Делала стрижку и окрашивание волос у мастера Артема и маникюр с покрытием у мастера Зары — результатом осталась очень довольна. Все быстро и качественно, учитывая, что у меня длинные волосы и делали сложное окрашивание в блонд.Еще хочется отметить администратора. Внимательная и обходительная девушка. А атмосфера в салоне просто замечательная! С огромным удовольствием буду Вашим постоянным клиентом. Спасиб о! – показать
