Посещала салон всё лето, была довольна и администратором и мастерами. Пришла на очередное окрашивание и стрижку в октябре, поменялся администратор, мастер, управляющий. Начали с того, что забудьте всё, что вам говорили про наши акции, прошлый администратор всё делал неправильно. Если я чего-то не понимаю, это мои проблемы. Ушла расстроенная, мне дали визитку звонить и жаловаться, пожелали удачи в другом салоне

Добрый день, Уважаемая Татьяна! Наши акции имеют временный характер и мы всегда об этом оповещаем и указываем даты! Что касается сотрудников, возможно Вы пришли в другую смену, это тоже имеет место быть, поскольку мастера работают посменно. А поскольку мы являемся франчайзи Точки Красоты, мы обязаны придерживаться внутренних правил компании. Поэтому мы дали Вам контакты Администрации, поскольку наши аргументы Вас не устроили. Кстати, весь ноябрь у нас АКЦИЯ 20% на окрашивание, приходите будем рады Вас видеть. – показать
