Пришли с молодым человеком на маникюр. Уточнила, можно ли сделать его нам одновременно и будет ли два свободных мастера, чтобы не ждать друг друга. Девушка-админ попросила подождать 15 минут. Через 15 минут сказала "ещё 8 минут", не извинившись, тупо уткнулась в телефон. Через ещё 10 минут смогли принять только одного из нас без объяснений и какой-либо информации о том, сколько снова нужно подождать. Спустя ещё 15 минут админ сослалась на то, что мастер медлит и не может освободиться вовремя. К мастеру нет никаких претензий, хочу это подчеркнуть. Но у админа явно проблемы с распределением времени, вежливостью и умением общаться с клиентами в целом.
