Не соблюдение требований Роспотребнадзора (мастера или без перчаток или без масок, не проводится дезинфекция после каждого клиента и тд). Хамское и грубое поведение персонала. Посредственное качество услуг.

Посетила парикмахерскую по совету мамы, ей сделали очень красивую стрижку, и я решила наведаться к ее мастеру Елене. Забегая вперед скажу, что сама по себе Елена приятная, приветливая женщина. Когда пришла спустя неделю администратор тоже был вежлив, но вопрос не решил. Результат на фото (повесила на их странице ВКонтакте). Катастрофа. Меня осматривал из старший мастер (если не ошибаюсь Мария), сказала что это проблема в отсутствии укладки. Они предложили уложить чтобы доказать мне что все как н адо. А я человек крайне неконфликтный, спорить и ругаться не могу. Стриглась, как вы понимаете множество раз за жизнь, чередую то прямую стрижку, то градуирование, такой ужас первый раз. Делайте выводы сами по фото.... Деньги мне не вернули. Я переживу конечно эту тысячу, но очень жалко длины, которую теперь резать опять. Конечно очень нечестно говорить что если уложить, то будет красиво и что укладываться надо каждый день, а не говорить что плохо постригли. Волосы длиной ниже лопаток после помывки и сушки на круглую расческу и так должны выглядеть прилично, а не висеть клоками. Тем более, что и по короткому слою кривая линия и это очень хорошо видно. Ищу где перестригаться… – показать

Апдейт на сегодня. Муж, не сказав мне, пошел в парикмахерскую опять. Видимо понял что я сама не могу себя пересилить, так как боюсь кого нибудь обидеть. Не знаю что и как говорил,но денежку вернули. Мне жалко мастера Лену, она наверное расстроилась, она как человек то хорошая и для справедливости скажу еще раз, что маму она постригла очень хорошо.
