Записалась на стрижку по телефону, к младшему мастеру, на стрижку коротких волос (24.03, на 13:00). Прайс смотрела на сайте. Младший мастер на сайте стоил 390р.Пришла. Стригли ПОЛТОРА ЧАСА. Я подумала, что мол ладно, младший мастер -- можно простить. Когда завершили, мне дали другую цену, которая идёт по сайту на среднего мастера -- 490р, и я указала на это, но мне дали в оправдание, что именно это самое дешевое, а 390р -- стрижка машинкой у мужчин. Поскольку я уже была в коматозе от полторача совой стрижки я не стала спорить и торговаться и заплатила. Решила зайти на сайт, чтобы проверить и увидела по факту: что 490р -- средний мастер, а 390р младший. Решила проверить у мужчин, и у них младший 310р. Так или иначе, я до сих пор осталась в недоумении, обманули меня или нет. Но пойти ещё раз на такую стрижку полторачасовую (тем более к младшему по стоимости среднего) я уже сомневаюсь. – показать

Благодарим Вас за обратную связь.Но категория «младший мастер» присутствует не во всех салонах сети Точка Красоты.В Точке Красоты Таллинская,7 нет мастеров в данной категории.Так как принципиально берем на работу только мастеров с опытом работы боллее 3х лет.И нашем салоне нет стрижки за 390 рублей.Поэтому Вас рассчитали абсолютно верно.Будем рады видеть Вас вновь!С уважением, администрация салона Точка Красоты Таллинская,7

Очень негативное впечатление осталось после работы Кристины.До этого стриглись в салоне всей семье, всегда оставляли положителиные отзывы. Теперь ходить не будем.Стрижка может не подойти, мастер может не уметь.Но подровнять кончики таким образом, что разница в 2 см между прядями, а сами волосы выстрежены клоками, надо постараться. Поздно заметила.Зато очень быстро.Да, и помывка головы теперь не входит в стоимость мужской стрижки? Уточняйте, мы доплатим.
