Посещала раньше этот салон, стригла всегда кончики. Последний поход оставил негатив. Во первых администратор всегда отсутствует на своем рабочем месте. Я опоздала на 15 минут в салон, встретили меня косметолог и парикмахер к которой я была записана. Из-за моего опоздания меня отказалась принимать, при этом даже не спросили, как я собиралась стричься, утверждали, что стрижка длится 45 минут, а я опоздала на 15 и меня не успеют подстричь. Конечно, как я хотела подстричься меня косметолог не спросила, но и мастер которая должна была меня стричь тоже не поинтересовалась, что я хочу, стояла молча. Очень странно, что мастер высшей категории может сделать модельную стрижку за 45 минут, а кончики срезать за 30 минут не успеет. Хочу заметить, что в соседней точке красоты, мне подстригли кончики за 20 минут. В этот салон точно не пойду, один негатив, то не успеют подстричь, то плойки нет, и вечно недовольные лица у персонала.

Опоздание более чем на 15 минут означает, что мы можем вам отказать в приеме, так как мастер не сможет оказать вам услугу качественно и может задержать гостя, который забронировал время после вашего визита. Записавшись на маникюр, пришла, но меня спровадили со словами: "Не видите, на ваше место уже другой человек пришёл". Заведение данное достойно только закрытия, а персонал - увольнения без дальнейшей возможности хоть куда-то на работу устроиться.
