Это отвратительное место, с таким же отвратительным персоналом, во главе с их директором Татьяной - быдло-хамоватая женщина, абсолютно не умеющая ни общаться с людьми ни работать. Работал с ними 2-3 года, переодически возникали разные моменты типа пропажа белья, пятна не выводили и тд, забивали и работали дальше, но тут заметили, что эта контора начала систематически рвать бельё! на все замечания и претензии абсолютно 0 эмоций! Отправляешь отдельно рваное белье для ознакомления руководству ,смешают с нормальным и снова присылают обратно. потом белье держат в заложниках, типа пока не оплатите, не вышлем.

Сказать, что я в шоке, ничего не сказать. Мы ресторан, наши соседи отель с совершенно разными юр лицами и разными управленцами. Отель посоветовал нам прачеченую, и мы оплачивали наличными сдавая им только ручники (80 штук) наше сотрудничество длилось 2 месяца, пока отель не перестал сотрудничать с прачечной, по какой причине, мы даже не знаем, а наши ручники остались на тот момент на территории прачечной. Пока соседи и прачечная выясняют отношения, наши ручники остались в заложниках и руководство прачечной не отдает наши ручники.... это какая та фантастическа история Вымогатели, аферисты, неадекватные и неполноценные психически люди.... жалко, что мы просто доверелись совету
