Были в филиале на ост. Родина. Были первый и последний раз. Принесли документ на флешке, при печати все съехало на половину листа. Перепечатывать отказались, сказав, что у нас стоит формат А3. Но это неправда, я начала этот же документ дома, все было нормально. + специально вернувшись домой проверила формат, естественно был А4. В общем работница просто сама изменила формат, чтобы не перепечатывать, будто виновата не она, а мы. Позвонили руководителю, нам предложили перепечатать со скидкой 40%. Ну хорошо, хоть так. В итоге нам все напечатали и делают скидку 20%. Если пойдёте туда печатать документ, сперва просите показать листы, а потом уже платите деньги, чтобы не оказаться в такой ситуации как мы. А вообще проще пройти 500м и распевать в бесконечном размножении, на 1₽ дороже, зато без косяков.
