Не одной звёзды бы не поставила Автобус 000397 маршрут 1 время 10:14 по расписанию, но автобус пришёл в 10.17 Автобус пришёл с опозданием, водитель говорит по телефону во время движения , со слов кондуктора , он не разговаривает либо позвонили с работы . Разберитесь со своими подчинёнными то гонки устраивают , то ведут автобус одной рукой другой разговаривают по телефону Вы людей везёте, а не в игрушки играете

Добрый день, Альбина! Благодарим за сообщение и оценку работы АО "Тобольское ПАТП". Прибытие на остановку на 3 минуты позже не является нарушением. Транспорт следует по маршруту с учётом дорожной обстановки. Что касается разговора по телефону, просим уточнить, на каком участке маршрута водитель разговаривал. Рейс выполнял опытный работник, который трудится в ПАТП 30 лет. Нареканий в адрес сотрудника не поступало. По Вашему обращению проведём с водителем беседу.

Когда подъезжал к остановке, мало приятного когда пытаются убедить в том , что якобы он не разговаривал , мне показалось , претензия больше к кондуктору не корректно ведёт себя, водитель возможно опытный , но все могут допускать ошибки

У меня к Вам вопрос, как можно выпустить автобус в рейс, у которого в салоне пахнет выхлопными газами, и это не просто городской маршрут, а Тобольск-Тюмень. Дата маршрута 6.03.2020 в 4:00. Решите эти проблемы!!!
