Красивый, современный абонентский пункт. Все было бы здорово, если бы не одно НО. Из 21 окна работает только 2. При небольшой очереди из 9-10 человек будьте готовы просидеть тут два-три часа. Спасибо, ТНС, давно я так бесполезно не тратил своё время.

Здравствуйте. Сегодня была в Сбербанке, ул. Бекетова,3Б, надо было оплатить налоги. Обратилась к работнику Милютиной Валерии за помощью. Пришлось подождать около часа, когда она освободится, но обращение с её стороны было пренебрежительным и даже грубым, наверно, она недостаточно обучена работе с клиентами, да и квитанции не были оплачены. Потеряв столько рабочего времени, Милютина В. всё-таки подсказала, что можно оплатить через оператора. Хотелось, чтобы другие клиенты не страдали от таких ра ботников Сбербанка. – показать
