Работают обманщики, управляющий Кузнецов Д.И. - главный обманщик. Неисправный инструмент не принимают обратно, деньги не возвращают. Нагло нарушают закон о защите прав потребителей. Неисправность выявилась в первой же день, но деньги никто и не думал возвращать. Только через суд с ними можно действовать.

Добрый день, Денис , по заключению Сервисного центра, проводившего диагностику вашего инструмента - он абсолютно исправен и работает. Оснований для возврата денег по причине неисправности инструмента у магазина нет.

Ну да, исправен. А вы не обманщики. Именно поэтому до сих пор мы не пользуемся исправным инструментом, он находится у вас, как и оригиналы документов о приобретении, которыми вы обманом завладели и отказываетесь возвращать. Жалко нет возможности сюда видео приложить, как ваш управляющий общается.
